Rock On Photograhpy: Glorifying God Through Photography
Dear Rock Family & Friends,
There are two truths I would like to highlight in this blog. First, we are a “Tribe” that believes holistically about the kingdom of God. Everything in heaven and earth will ultimately come under Christ. See Eph. 1:10 That means every area of life matters to God and is a context to bring Him glory. Our personal lives, marriages & families, jobs, media, arts, church family, social services and civil government all can be “kingdomized”. Christ didn’t come to the earth to start another religion. He came to start a revolution which would displace hell with the kingdom of heaven. God wants the “Reclaiming Of Christ’s Kingdom” by taking over the entire planet.
In order to achieve His kingdom expanding mandate, Christ started a “different tribe”, one in the order of Melchizedek. This Melchizedek Tribe is made of sons and daughters of God who are both “kings and priests”. They are capable of leading and managing in every area of life while at the same time ministering to the Lord and interceeding on behalf of others. See Hebrews 7:11-17
Mano and Lori Boussuge illustrate what the Word describes as members of the “Melchizedek Tribe”. They are both excellent parents. They are both registered nurses and great at their jobs. In order to free up their time to help expand the kingdom in other areas, they have started a photography business. At the same time, they lead a Kingdom Family (house church), love to worship and engage in prophetic intercession as a lifestyle.
My second point is the power of “faith goals”. Mano and Lori have had a faith goal to start a home based business which would compliment their interests, passions, gifts and talents while adding additional income. They prayed, researched, invested, and took incremental faith steps toward their goal. Their specific faith goals have resulted in the release of God’s grace. A wonderful home based business has been birthed. Not only do they sell Mano’s spectacular photographs, they also offer other services like doing creative ”touch ups” for other people’s pictures. Two truths have been connected. First, God’s kingdom is all-inclusive and involves a great purpose for each believer. Secondly, it will take specific faith goals to access God’s grace. We are saved (made whole in the kingdom) by grace through faith. Eph. 2:8-9 To change into Christ’s likeness and to fulfill your destiny, you must establish specific faith goals in the 5-C’s (Christ, Community, Character, Calling, Competence). Your chances of reaching your faith goals increases astronomically if you have a partner (2’s, Search & Rescue Team, Battle Buddy).
Believe God for great grace to advance His kingdom in every area of life. Set faith goals, and connect covenantally with a Kingdom Family that will help you achieve those goals.
